Please note that ALL tickets purchased online are non-refundable.
FIXED DAY TICKETS are non-transferrable, and must be used on the day selected.
If this could be a problem for you, please purchase your tickets on the gate at arrival, or purchase our flexi tickets.
- The Park is open between 10am and 5pm in the summer and 10am and 4pm in the winter.
- Last entry is one hour before the Park closes (Closing times change with the clocks)
You can upgrade your Day Ticket to an Annual Pass on the day of your visit in our gift shop, provided the upgrade is done before you leave and the cost of the day ticket will be deducted from the total.
