Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. This means that we will not be able to move the date or time of your ticket once it is booked.

Arrival Time Slots available:

10.00am and 11.30am.

This is just the arrival time, once you are in the Zoo, you can stay until 5pm (Summer) and 4pm (Winter).

Choose your time slot after selecting the number of tickets you require.

You can upgrade your Day Ticket to a Season Pass on the day of your visit in our gift shop, provided the upgrade is done before you leave and the cost of the day ticket will be deducted from the total.
