We have enabled the ability to adjust your online ticket booking yourself if required, for an administrative fee of £10. This is only possible if you link your tickets to an account at the time of purchase, and have not used any form of discount code.

Please note that tickets purchased online are non-refundable. If this could be a problem for you, please purchase your tickets on the gate at arrival.

Please do not continue with this online ticket purchase if this could be an issue for you. All type of tickets can always be purchased on the gate, on the day of your visit.

The Park is open between 10am and 5pm in the summer and 10am and 4pm in the winter

Last entry is one hour before the Park closes

(Closing times change with the clocks)

You can upgrade your Day Ticket to a Season Pass on the day of your visit in our gift shop, provided the upgrade is done before you leave and the cost of the day ticket will be deducted from the total.
