Our Christmas elf will board you onto our train which will take you to Santa's Grotto where you will meet Santa, tell him if you have been naughty or nice and your Christmas wishes and also receive a gift.

Please read the following before booking:

• Purchasing this Santa's Grotto Ticket is for visiting Santa only and you will need to book to enter the zoo separately. This can be done online or at the entrance on arrival on the day.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot. Your booked time slot will be your train departure time. The train will depart from the picnic area at the chosen time slot.
• Each Santa's Grotto Ticket includes a train ride for one child and two adults. Other guests can either take the short walk through the zoo to the Grotto or purchase train tickets on the day (if spaces are available on the train.
• Missing your departure time means you will not be able to take the train journey, rides are non-refundable or reschedulable.
• Please fill in your Santa's Grotto questions during the booking process to make sure your experience is as magical as possible.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
