Terms and Conditions:

• Online gift vouchers can be redeemed against our online products including tickets, annual passes and our species support scheme - online vouchers cannot be redeemed in our retail or catering outlets on site. 
• Online gift vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• Online gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• Where the face value of the online gift voucher is not used in full, no change will be given.
• These gift vouchers can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than the face value upon payment of the difference.
• Online gift vouchers are only valid for the amount detailed on the gift voucher.
• Online gift vouchers can only be used once.
• Hamerton Zoological Park Ltd is under no liability to replace or refund vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not.
• Gift vouchers re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain will be void.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without notification.
